Henry

Street

Exhibition Museum

This custom design & build an exhibit at one of NYC’s landmark institutions serves to celebrate the deep and socially significant role played by the Henry Street Settlement. We are honored to have been a part of such a significant project, an exhibit that highlights the history of this institution and the beginning of the progressive movement in our country. We teamed up with ThinkSimple to provide the correct equipment and control system that fit this not-for-profit’s budget. We provided technical advisory services, content production guidelines, construction coordination, installation, and team training. The stellar team of directors and curators from the Henry Street Settlement were joined by the designers at Blue Cadet and Keith Ragone Studios. The seasoned fabricators at Robert Guest Studios made site coordination easy. Simplicity was the primary goal for the system, mindful of future maintenance and ease of use for the staff.

Henry Street Settlement Exhibit

Historical footage and audio interaction round out a largely graphic array of exhibits in a quiet niche, carved out at the entryway of the settlement headquarters. simplicity was the primary goal for the system with local content players for easy content updates. mindful of future maintenance and ease of staff day-to-day use and oversight, we located control and scheduling components well within reach.
